Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of existing SQL-based planning tools, ensuring their reliability and accuracy. Identify and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
Analyze current SIOP processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and propose solutions to streamline operations, enhance data quality, and improve decision-making
Manage stock lists, ensure meeting calendars are updated, liaison with IT on master data issues, ensure data consistency, and manage access to reports, data, and systems. Work with IT to resolve system issues
Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations to gather requirements, share insights, and implement process changes
Help the team understand how and where to use reports and ad hoc analysis, identify new report requirements, and implement best practices
Provide training and ongoing support to users of SIOP tools, ensuring they are equipped to utilize them effectively

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, focusing on S&OP or supply chain planning
Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL-based planning tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Knime)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse reporting
Advanced degree
