Responsibilities

Develop test strategies and support document development
Evaluate test procedures and execution
Monitor test activities
Support the development and evaluation of test plans and procedures for GPS receivers
Translate real-world needs into technical specifications
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering, test, and integration activities
Communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractors

Required

5+ years of experience supporting DoD Test and Evaluation activities, test planning, including development or review of test plans, procedures, and reports, mapping requirements to test plans or automated test scripts, and preparing test readiness reviews and test report data
5+ years of experience in Integration and Test on space systems
Experience with using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and Kanban Board
Knowledge of military GPS systems and technologies
Ability to comprehend GPS receiver Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and GPS Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs)
Ability to participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering, test, and integration activities, and work collaboratively and independently, including demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology field

Preferred

3+ years of experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies
Experience working with a GPS satellite simulator
Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
ITEA Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP) Certification or other T&E professional certification
