Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise systems supporting supply chain and operations (ERP, WMS, TMS, Manufacturing, and related systems)

Collaborates with cross-functional partners in Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to align digital systems with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements

Serves as a people leader who mentors, develops, and empowers team members to achieve high performance, collaboration, and professional growth

Serve as the liaison between business units and IT to ensure system alignment with business goals

Ensure the effective integration of enterprise systems across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning functions

Leverage AI, machine learning, and enterprise system capabilities to drive data-driven decisions and improve forecasting, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics

Required

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing or administering enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, and/or related technologies) within a supply chain or operations context, including at least 5 years managing a team supporting these environments

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes

Proven ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and vision, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous development across cross-functional teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and build high-performing teams

Excellent attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows
