The role involves providing patient care under the direction of a registered nurse, with a year-long internship expected to continue throughout the academic year and into two years of work following graduation.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in specialty areas under the direction of a registered nurse
Assume defined patient care responsibilities and perform specific clinical skills appropriate to the role
Be available for 12-hour shifts for the full duration of the program
Work flexible hours to accommodate school schedules
Work some weekends

Request 2 professional reference letters prior to the interview - one letter is required from a nursing instructor
Copy of most recent transcript
GPA of 3.0 or higher required
250-word essay on 'What being a nurse means to you?' and 'How this program will help you achieve your future goals as a nurse?'
Be enrolled full-time in an accredited ADN, BSN, or direct-entry MSN program
Must be entering your final year in an ADN, BSN, or direct-entry MSN program in the fall of 2026 (Anticipated Graduation date of 12/2026 or 05/2027)
Please upload all documents and references letters via the 'candidate document uploads' on your candidate profile
All required documents are due prior to your scheduled interview
Candidates need to be available for 12-hour shifts for the full duration of the program: commitment requirements for the school year will be flexible and outlined by the leadership team
Positions will include Day and Night shift opportunities
Candidates will be expected to work some weekends
