They are seeking a Presentation Designer to create polished, visually compelling presentations and support various 2D design projects for internal and client-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for RFPs, client proposals, pitch meetings, executive communications, and event creative
Work within brand guidelines while elevating the overall look, feel, and clarity of complex information
Build layouts, master templates, iconography, charts, and graphic systems to support cohesive visual storytelling
Produce high-quality 2D design for proposals, event materials, pitch visuals, and brand explorations
Execute page layouts, image manipulation, vector graphics, and production-ready files in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Support the creation of printed proposal books, bound pitch decks, signage, scenic boards, and look-and-feel documents
Contribute to digital proposal experiences or microsites using no-code platforms (WIX, Squarespace, WordPress)
Prepare digital assets optimized for web use while maintaining brand consistency
Support layout and UX decisions for simple web-based presentations or pitch portals (no custom coding required)
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong competency with Apple Keynote
High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
Experience with WIX, Squarespace, or WordPress (no-code)
Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, production, strategy, leadership)
3-5+ years of experience at a creative agency or comparable in-house team
Experience designing presentations in a marketing, advertising, events, or creative environment
Experience supporting live event creative or scenic design
Applicants will be asked to submit a portfolio containing PowerPoint, Keynote, and 2D design samples during the interview process
Presentation work is required for consideration
Preferred
Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
