They are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee MEP design and project management, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with other disciplines within the firm.

Responsibilities
Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects
Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs
Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents
Mentor and supervise PE's, EITs, and junior engineers
Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery
Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
PE license required (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly)
10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio
Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction
