The manager is very technical, so interview will not have coding assignment, but will be very technical in nature
No visa restrictions here
Any strong Java Developers that can do an onsite interview in Des Moines are required
So need candidates in Des Moines, Kansas City, Omaha, Minneapolis, etc. that can travel here for an interview
1•st• round is via Teams, 2•nd• round is panel onsite
