Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting every stage of motherhood. They are seeking an Independently Licensed Contract Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality care to perinatal patients through telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed

Qualification

Independently licensed therapistPerinatal patientsTelehealth experienceEvidence-based care modelsElectronic medical recordsEmpathetic listenerComfort with virtual platformsBilingualCommunication skills

Required

Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist
Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records

Preferred

Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, TN, TX, and/or VA)
Bilingual is a plus!
