Part-Time Sales Manager
Pronghorn is a modern African spirits company focused on reshaping the narrative for African brands. They are seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Manager to drive growth across off-premise accounts in Houston, emphasizing account management and in-store brand activations.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with Total Wine and other premium off-premise accounts
Ensure consistent sell-through and brand visibility at point-of-sale
Provide ongoing account support, ensuring strong execution and follow-through
Plan and execute in-store tastings, promotions, and activations to drive consumer engagement
Collaborate with store teams to maximize brand presence and shopper conversion
Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular reporting on account performance, activation results, and market feedback
Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations
Share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or retail account management
Strong familiarity with off-premise retail, ideally with Total Wine or similar chains
Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results
Confident communicator with excellent follow-through and reporting discipline
Passion for spirits, hospitality, and culture
Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US
