U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements

Master's degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline or qualifying substitution plus 10 years of experience

At least 7 years of experience must include supervising and providing recommendations to all areas of program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management
