Associate Technical Product Manager, Analytics

As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and refine product requirements, support analytics professionals, and help deliver new data products that enhance their tools.

Responsibilities
Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution
Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities, and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective
Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes
Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities, including monitoring of key metrics and user feedback
Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2+ years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience in large healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms
Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or related fields
Preferred
Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology/concepts in product development (e.g., managing backlogs, sprints, and standups)
Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA or Trello to manage enhancement requests and delivery processes
Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories that translate business needs into execution plans
Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes, conducting user research, and using data to inform business decision-making
Experience creating wireframes independently and/or in coordination with designers to visualize solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving, prioritization, and building subject matter expertise
Knowledge of alternative payment models related to primary care such as MSSP ACOs, Pioneer ACOs, commercial insurance shared savings programs, PCMH
Familiarity with data structures, SQL, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) is a plus, but not required for daily execution
