Expedient is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join their AI CTRL product team to build a secure, powerful enterprise AI platform. The role involves contributing across the full product lifecycle, from platform development to client support and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the AI CTRL platform, including backend services, APIs, and frontend components
Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and working with clients and support teams
Build integrations with external systems and create custom automated workflows
Collaborate across teams, pivoting between projects as priorities evolve
Write robust, scalable code while championing AI-powered development tools
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from design to deployment

Required

Strong software engineering foundation with experience across multiple domains (backend, frontend, DevOps, APIs)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware)
Knowledge of CI/CD, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
Familiarity with or strong interest in AI/ML technologies
Exceptionally adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership mindset
Excellent team player committed to customer success
Passion for building impactful technology
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience
