Responsibilities

Create and perform advanced modeling utilizing both Microsoft Excel and Argus to evaluate prospective and existing development opportunities
Prepare thorough investment memos and presentation materials for senior management to support investment decisions
Conduct comprehensive market research on supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends, comparable sales, and lease transactions…etc to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential development opportunities in the real estate market
Maintain and update deal pipeline database
Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of development projects
Other special projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
At least 1+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate
Excellent real estate financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Argus
Basic understanding of real estate, acquisitions, development and lease structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Coursework in Real Estate preferred
1+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate (industrial preferred)
Financial analysis and modeling training in a real estate development, acquisitions / Investment management, capital markets or investment banking environment
