Element Designs is a 20+ year old company launching a new Glass Fabrication Department, providing a great opportunity for skilled individuals. The role involves operating glass fabrication machinery and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

Operate glass fabrication machinery such as tempering ovens, cutting tables, edge polishers, and grinding tools, ensuring precise and safe handling of glass materials

Cut and process glass to meet custom specifications, adhering to quality and safety standards

Polish and finish glass edges to ensure smooth, high-quality surfaces, ready for client delivery

Inspect glass products for defects and ensure compliance with Element Designs’ high standards for clarity, strength, and finish

Follow quality control procedures and troubleshoot issues in real-time to maintain productivity

Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow within the department

Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

Required

Able to work in a Safety Sensitive position wearing safety gear in a warehouse environment year long

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Preferred

Experience in glass fabrication environment Highly Desireable

Flexibility to work in second shift or later hours highly desirable
