Responsibilities
Support capital project execution — from concept to commissioning — for process, packaging, and infrastructure initiatives
Partner with engineers and maintenance teams to document equipment performance, PM programs, and line layouts
Assist with data collection and analysis to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability
Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on reducing downtime, improving quality, and enhancing safety
Create or update engineering drawings, work instructions, and Torani Operating Procedures (TOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain) to bring ideas from concept to reality
Support the East Coast facility design and startup by contributing to early layout studies, process mapping, and equipment specification
Qualification
Required
Recently completed B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and sustainability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
