Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing pipeline opportunities to closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals
Build and grow your territory pipeline through self-sourcing, attending events, and partnering with your SDR
Deliver impactful presentations and drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts
Represent Gloat as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 clients and help them achieve scaled AI transformation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value and exceed goals

Required

Proven results as a top performer consistently exceeding quota
Accomplished seller with minimum 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and a strong record of sourcing and closing new business
Strategic, independent self-starter with a no-excuses mindset and strong presentation skills
Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be based on the East Coast and able to visit in NYC office as required
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Experience in HR tech is preferred
