Responsibilities

Proactively source prospective high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through outbound campaigns, LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and centers of influence
Engage cold and warm prospects with personalized, compliant messaging tailored to financial planning, investment management, and advisory solutions
Qualify prospects based on asset thresholds, complexity, timing, and service alignment
Maintain disciplined CRM management, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, conversations, and handoffs
Coordinate seamless handoffs of qualified prospects to Wealth Advisors or Business Development teams
Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign strategy, messaging, and CTA optimization
Provide feedback to improve targeting, outreach effectiveness, and lead quality
Identify and engage prospective investors aligned with alternative, private, or specialized investment offerings
Nurture early-stage investor relationships until they are ready for Advisor or Investment Team engagement
Support capital-raising initiatives through consistent outreach and relationship development
Ensure all communications align with regulatory and compliance standards

Qualification

Required

3–7+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment sales, banking, or related advisory environments
Strong understanding of RIA, broker-dealer, private banking, or alternative investment models
Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting within a regulated financial environment
Comfort discussing financial concepts, advisory services, and investment solutions at a high level
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence

Preferred

Background in wealth management business development, advisor support, internal wholesaling, or financial sales
Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and relationship-builder mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented financial services firm
Values collaboration and understands the importance of timing, trust, and fit in advisory relationships
