Responsibilities

Perform sub-assembly and final assembly of components, including PCBs, flex circuits, and mechanical parts, ensuring precise integration and functionality

Conduct electrical and functional testing to validate sensor performance, package and label finished units for shipment & maintain accurate inventory records

Support process development by identifying improvements to tools, fixtures, and work instructions

Assist and train team members during builds

Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workspace

Proactively communicate progress, issues, and ideas to engineering and manufacturing teams

Required

Associate degree or hands-on technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field

5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly and testing

Skilled in high-precision electronics sub- and final assembly, using hand tools, gages, fixtures, and performing basic electrical testing and calibration

Comfortable reading assembly drawings, test procedures, and work instructions

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced lab environment
