The Café Attendant will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.

Responsibilities

Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills

Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area

Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc

Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily

Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing

Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety

Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps
