Sir Grout is Jacksonville’s premier grout, tile, and stone company, seeking a FULL TIME Service Technician to join their growing team. The role involves floor and hard surface restoration work in homes and businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction through hands-on service.

Responsibilities

Show up on-time for each job, and complete an initial walk-through with the customer
Perform all quoted tasks for the customer to their complete satisfaction
Answer any questions for the customer calmly and politely (the customer is always right)
Conduct a final, thorough walk-through inspection with the customer
Collect full payment for the work and have the customer sign-off on the invoice
Call in with a full update before leaving the job site

Required

A 'customer first' attitude and an ability to interact professionally with customers
Some experience working with a 175rpm floor machine or 'swing machine'
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be meticulous and organized
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
Reliable work ethic, honest and on time. Especially on time!
Must be trainable; able to follow specific instructions. Able to lift heavy equipment (75 lbs.)
Available weekdays, occasional Saturdays and some evenings
A working cell phone
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
A CLEAN DRIVER RECORD IS NECESSARY FOR EMPLOYMENT
A FLORIDA MVR IS REQUIRED FOR EMPLOYMENT
Must have your own vehicle and phone

Preferred

Previous stone restoration, tile installation, construction background and sales experience all a major PLUS
