Responsibilities
Engage in needs-based conversations with prospective clients to identify financial gaps and recommend personalized insurance plans (home, auto, life, and disability)
Your main focus is new household acquisition. While leads are provided, you'll earn the highest commission by maximizing self-generated leads and referrals
Successfully quote a minimum of 3 new households daily
Utilize cutting-edge tools, including Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting software, to manage your pipeline and connect with clients efficiently
This is a pure sales role you have limited to no responsibility for service, claims, or existing customer policy management
Consistently quote 3 new households daily
Achieve a minimum monthly expectation of 30 new applications, with at least 2 being life insurance policies
Qualification
Required
Positive Attitude, Coachable Mindset, Strong Work Ethic: These are non-negotiable character traits we value above all else
Licensing: You must possess or be willing to immediately obtain the Indiana Property & Casualty License and the Indiana Life & Health License. We will support the process to get you licensed
Experience: No minimum work experience or education is required. We hire based on drive and character
