Responsibilities
Leading the 24-hour treatment team in Greenville, NC
In charge of compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies
Provide site supervision as well as direct supervision of the 12 staff to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field with experience
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in adolescent substance use preferred
Maintain a valid state-appropriate driver's license and experience auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Preferred
CADAC certification is preferred
