Qualification
Required
Current ready-to-advance Assistant Manager OR Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment
Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
Ability to show growth in previous roles
Commitment to quality of products served/sold
Understanding of how different costs affect the profitability of a business
Ability to control costs
Desire to build relationships in the community
Ability to increase sales for the store
Great coaching skills
Ability to identify and develop talent
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist and lift products and supplies (up to 65 lbs)
Ability to work with a hot torch
Preferred
Experience hiring seasonal workers
