Responsibilities

Define and lead front-end architecture for React-based applications
Design scalable, modular, and reusable component libraries
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AEM architects for cohesive solutions
Build and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and AEM components
Use tools like Storybook for UI component development and testing
Work with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services
Ensure seamless integration with APIs and cloud services
Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence
Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders
Optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Manage dependencies and ensure security and stability

Required

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js)
Strong knowledge on building and hosting application in AWS framework
Hands on experience on Postgres to host and manage application database
Hands-on experience on spring boot frameworks based on Java, Python language
Deep understanding integration frameworks using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SOAP
Experience with AEM integration and modern web frameworks
Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design
Strong knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
10+ years in full stack development, with at least 3 years in an architect role
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex projects
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred

Prior experience in insurance or regulated industries
Exposure to Angular as a secondary skill
