Responsibilities

Create, track and evaluate effectiveness of alternative fee arrangements (AFA’s) and budgets against firm investment
Collaborate with a multifunctional team to help generate pricing strategies required by RFPs
Creates specific matter plans using budgets that are in line with client and attorney objectives to better track performance
Build economic models to assess profitability for new business proposals and workable pricing solutions based on client requirements and present recommendations to attorneys
Maintain and distribute financial analyses for existing client engagements
Develop and nurture relationships with attorneys and key stakeholders by providing operational recommendations and support for successful client engagements
Actively participate in the development and enhancement of new and existing analytical tools and data collection methodologies
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

4-6 years of relevant experience preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Excellent PC skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, graphs, advanced formulas, and simple queries
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels
An aptitude for understanding, managing, and manipulating data efficiently
Proficiency working with multi-dimensional databases, make complex reports readable, and develop processes from start to finish
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Outstanding planning and organization skills

Preferred

PMP/CPP or other certifications preferred
