Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products
Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with them to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure the quality and reliability of supplies
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, analyze trends, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment and address any supply chain-related issues
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to supply chain operations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
Proficient in supply chain management software and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Preferred

A professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPM) is a plus
