Responsibilities
Support the R&D, Regulatory, and Commercialization Law group
Provide guidance and advice to departments including, but not limited to, the Clinical, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Marketing Teams
Assist Law Department attorneys with providing strategic counseling and ensuring compliance with applicable laws related to clinical development and commercialization of the company’s products
Assist in the legal review of advertising and promotional materials, business plans/strategies, policies and SOPs, informed consent forms, and/or other ad hoc reviews
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a JD degree, with preference to students who will have completed their first year of law school by Summer 2026
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications
Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills
Enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship)
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
Able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/June through the beginning of August
