Responsibilities
Lead on key admin duties, giving the FSM more time to lead
Translate the FSM’s game plan into clear direction and execution for your team by being a leading example
Serve as a role model for new hires—guiding their training, ensuring they learn the right skills, and setting them on the path to success. Your leadership is key to their growth and the team’s success
Manage and maintain documentation, including SIP shadows, inventory audits, work orders, and new hire training modules
Understand team performance and metrics to be able to report to FSM
Ensuring new hire training, general trainings and licensing requirements are met
Actively leading in the field during field time. It can include but is not limited to safety checks, fleet maintenance, etc
Maintain inventory tracking and coordinate when supplies or equipment are needed
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and new hires
Saturday Team Lead responsible for overseeing performance, managing schedule changes, and motivating the team to achieve targets
Help conduct regular team check-ins and support performance reviews
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and goal-oriented team culture
Qualification
Required
Must be a current Field Technician Professional
Must not be on a performance, behavioral or attendance improvement plan
Has strong organizational and time management skills
Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Has proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office
Has the ability to lead by example and maintain a professional, problem-solving attitude under pressure
