Responsibilities

Supervise staff and maintain competency standards

Ensure accurate test performance and proper turnaround times

Assist with new test validations and troubleshoot issues with tests, instruments, and sample delivery

Perform routine tests when needed

Support team resource tasks including hiring, counseling, and annual evaluations

Assist with quality reporting, infectious disease reporting, education, and marketing

Process expense and billing information

Perform other duties as assigned

Clinical Laboratory Supervisor LicenseBachelor’s degree in Biological Science4 years in Clinical LaboratorySupervisory skillsQuality reporting
