Technical Instructors - AI-Assisted Programming (Part-time)

TripleTen is an educational platform focused on helping software developers utilize AI tools in their work. They are seeking experienced developers to lead interactive live sessions and workshops in AI-assisted programming, aiming to enhance the skills of professional developers.

Responsibilities

Conduct interactive live training sessions on AI-assisted coding (topics include prompting, code generation, debugging with AI, and productivity workflows)
Prepare workshop scenarios and training materials in collaboration with our Instructional Designer
Communicate with students during Q&A sessions and provide guidance
Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design
Contribute reusable materials (code snippets, prompt libraries, challenge tasks, best practice guides)

Required

At least 5 years of professional software development experience (C++ experience required for the C++ focus position)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms
Understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks in software development
Solid knowledge of system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling
Familiarity with command line tools, browser DevTools, and modern development workflows
Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, and engaging formats
Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication (native or fluent Spanish required for the Spanish-speaking position)
Experience in live facilitation: ability to prompt discussions, handle Q&A sessions, and adapt in real-time
Strong presentation skills and confidence in leading interactive workshops
Collaborative and audience-oriented mindset
Background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, conference speaking, or technical mentoring
Experience teaching, coaching, or training developers or engineering teams is highly valued
Strong time management and preparation habits
Availability of at least 10-15 hours per week to dedicate to your students

Preferred

Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, VSCode Live Share, etc.)
Russian language skills (some of our students speak Russian)
Active participation in developer communities or open-source projects
Familiarity with the gaming industry (for the C++ focus position)
