Responsibilities
IT Architecture - Leads the IT architecture team in developing, enhancing, reviewing, and monitoring IT architectures. Researches best practices and conducts trend analysis. Supports architectural process and strategies through expertise and business planning. Assists in ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements
IT Strategy - Develops and influences IT strategy, roadmaps, and technology direction. Creates a framework for decision-making, design, and implementation activities
Consultation - Provides consulting and advice regarding the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise data management, architectural standards, principles and best practices
IT Resource - Maintains a strong, current understanding of legislation, standard frameworks, and governance, risk, and compliance technologies in order to determine impact to the Bank, and sponsors necessary changes to transform this knowledge into competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software application development, systems engineering, or information technology management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software application development, systems engineering, or information technology management
Preferred
Extensive experience in data management and data governance
Proven track record of designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
Strong understanding of data integration, data quality management, and related technologies
Expertise in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica)
Familiarity with modern technologies like AI and cloud-based MDM
