Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including briefs and motions
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
Prepare and present cases for trial, including developing trial strategies and exhibits
Manage case files and ensure timely progress throughout the litigation process
Advocate for clients' best interests in arbitration and mediation settings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury matters
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status and developments

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in personal injury litigation

Experience with trial preparation and client representation
Proficient in case management and legal advocacy
Familiarity with insurance claims processes and settlement negotiation techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
