Responsibilities
Source new Investors through a variety of strategies
Make outbound sales calls to prospective Investors (We will train you!)
Present large volumes of new properties to Investors
Conduct showings & walk properties with Investors
Facilitate offers & closings of contracts, working with lenders & other third parties
Use technology to track transactions & network of Investors
Provide elite service to Investors at all stages of the process
Qualification
Required

Sales experience is a plus. Genuine curiosity and a passion for Investment Real Estate
Willingness to take full accountability for your work and results
Natural negotiation skills and deal-making prowess
Exceptional communication abilities, with polished interpersonal skills
Competitiveness, high personal standards, and work ethic
An active real estate license in the state in which you are applying, or be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one
