Digital Print Operator I
Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Digital Print Operator I to operate and maintain printing and finishing equipment within their Print Shop. The role involves producing quality print products, troubleshooting printing equipment, and ensuring on-time delivery while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities
Operates printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality print materials
Maintains and troubleshoots issues with printing equipment through service calls or routine preventative maintenance
Interacts with customers to provide best production options and on-time delivery
Ensures printed materials meet quality standards and evaluates business processes for areas needing improvement
Maintains and reports accurate records of print jobs
Manages Print Shop inventory and supplies
Qualification
Required
High school graduate, required
Ability to learn and utilize computer software to perform requested work assignments and projects
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment
Effective word processing, database management, spreadsheet, and other related computer skills
Organizational, planning, documentation, and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Preferred
Technical college coursework, preferred
Technical certification, preferred
Two years of printing experience, preferred
Experience in a health care setting, preferred
