Responsibilities

Supporting larger discovery and solution design activities to align solutions with Customer goals and business challenges, may handle smaller customers independently
Working with project managers to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, may work independently without a project manager
Assessing current-state customer workflows and design future-state processes that leverage solutions for measurable value
Communicating solution value to stakeholders at all levels, from operational users to executives
Identifying and escalating project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
Contributing to knowledge development sessions
Monitoring performance against KPIs and support value realization initiatives post-implementation
Contributing to customer success stories, joint presentations, and thought leadership opportunities
Supporting internal process improvement and provide consultative input on product development and enhancement
Participating in cross-functional initiatives and mentorship opportunities

Required

Educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in healthcare, supply chain, pharmacy, revenue cycle, or 340B roles
At least 2 years in a consultative or customer-facing role delivering software solutions
Must have experience with EPIC CDM
Consultative approach to identifying needs and shaping solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Flexibility to operate both independently and in coordination with PMs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer-facing platforms (CRM, collaboration tools)
Experience adapting solutions to varied business contexts and customer maturity levels
