Conduct research and analysis of privacy regulations and legislation, sharing findings with the team to enhance collective knowledge
Assist in executing key projects to support the Data Privacy Office’s objectives
Support training and awareness activities

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a JD degree, preference to students who will have completed their 1st year of law school
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications
Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with and interest in contracts and corporate legal issues
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship)
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
Commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/June through the beginning of August

Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or the community is also preferred
