Responsibilities
Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and equipment
Perform Building Automation System operations
Perform preventative maintenance
Respond to alarms at the UG and NW sites
Requisition and keep supply of spare parts
Control and issue tools and equipment
Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations
This position occasionally requires coverage of other shifts, holidays, and overtime
Qualification
Required
Team player with 5 years hands-on and experience in overall operations and maintenance of large office facility
Must have a history of safe work practices and training
Must have strong background and knowledge in building mechanical and electrical systems
Must have certification as Universal Technician for CFC
Must possess advanced computer skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, our Customers, Contractors and Co-Workers
Must be able to work safely and efficiently unsupervised
Must have a willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers
Candidate must be able to report to work daily overtime, holidays and required weekends in an emergency
