The Summer 2026 Law Intern will support the Transactions Law Group by reviewing and negotiating contracts, researching legal issues, and assisting with licensing and collaborative arrangements.

Responsibilities
Reviewing contracts and participating in their negotiation
Researching relevant legal issues
Coordinating and contributing to the review or creation of template agreements
Enhancing the contract management system
Completing hands-on project work that has an impact on the business
Engaging with Regeneron leadership
Collaborating with other interns
Establishing connections with Regeneron’s diverse employee resource groups
Participating in professional development sessions
Showcasing the knowledge you gained through end of program presentation sessions
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a JD degree, preference to students who will have completed their 1st year of law school
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications
Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with and interest in contracts and corporate legal issues
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship)
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
Commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/ June through the beginning of August
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or the community
Science background is a plus
