They are currently seeking an Administrative Support - Purchasing to provide timely and accurate data entry of purchase orders and ensure the integrity of information in collaboration with Purchasing personnel.

Responsibilities

Enters data from a source document into a computer system
Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness
May convert data from one electronic system to another
Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
May work with stand alone data systems as required
Will also interface with Purchasing personnel to ensure accuracy and integrity of information as well as others to expedite parts as needed

Required

U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED

Preferred

Associates Degree
1-2 years of experience in Purchasing Support role or similar experience
Computer Experience
Minimally intermediate level of Excel skills
Team player attitude and articulate
