Responsibilities
Analyze and summarize financial data under US GAAP and IFRS
Support IPOs, debt offerings, acquisitions, restructurings, and GAAP conversions
Conduct benchmarking research and contract reviews
Attend client meetings and contribute to planning, reporting, and analysis
Collaborate across global Deals teams and maintain high ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Little or no prior professional experience required
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Analytical skills and ability to work independently
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot
Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
Correct Information Security Management
Preferred
Internships or student projects in relevant areas are a plus (Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit)
Alteryx and Power BI are a plus
