Responsibilities
Source Candidates : Identify and engage high-caliber professionals via LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels
Manage Client Relationships : Partner with client points of contact to understand urgent hiring needs, ensuring seamless placements across industries
Develop Business : Identify, grow, and convert client leads into successful placements while maintaining professionalism throughout the recruitment process of qualifying, preparing, debriefing, and closing placements
Track Inventory : Maintain detailed records of signed clients, job openings, and urgency levels, contributing to our master client database
Qualification
Required
Drive and Ambition: Relentless motivation to exceed targets and win in a fast-paced environment
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to engage candidates and clients effectively
Experience: 1+ years in recruiting, sales, or client-facing roles preferred; open to motivated candidates with transferable skills
Organization: Ability to manage multiple high-urgency openings and track performance metrics
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs (e.g., Bullhorn), and Excel for data management
