Responsibilities
Lead a team of Adoption Managers
Deliver core organizational initiatives
Oversight, leadership, and development of Adoption Managers
Manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects
Propose resolution strategies for project risks
Analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress
Report on key performance indicators and value achieved
Drive increase in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption
Create alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure financial targets are met
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in managing a team
Strong business acumen
Ability to manage financials, operations, and complex projects
Experience in analyzing and reporting on progress and key performance indicators
Strong communication skills to create alignment with stakeholders
