Own the strategy, definition, and delivery of actionable vehicle health insights for Ford and Lincoln connected vehicles
Bridge the gap between deep technical data analysis, advanced ML models, and tangible customer and business value
Focus relentlessly on the accuracy and trustworthiness of the insights delivered
Transform raw vehicle signals into intelligence that proactively enhances vehicle uptime, improves the customer experience, and drives revenue opportunities across retail & commercial fleet

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience in product management
Strong technical background in data analysis and machine learning
Ability to work in cross-functional environments
Focus on product quality
Experience in delivering actionable insights
Understanding of vehicle health and connected vehicle technologies

Preferred

Bachelor of Engineering
Experience with over-the-air (OTA) technologies
Knowledge of retail and commercial fleet operations
Experience in the automotive industry
