Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to inbound leads from Instantly and email campaigns
Triage, prioritize, and assign follow-ups so no lead is missed
Log all interactions and update lead statuses in GoHighLevel
Fully operate GoHighLevel for conversation management, tags, sequences, and pipelines
Execute and support outbound messaging and automated follow-ups in Instantly
Maintain campaign lists, perform basic list hygiene, and report deliverability/issues
Generate quotes using internal pricing tools and send to prospects
Book sales calls via the calendar system and confirm appointments
Track conversion outcomes and ensure handoffs to sales team are clean
Create and maintain SOPs for lead nurturing, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene
Implement tracking and escalation workflows to close gaps in the funnel
Train other team members on documented processes as needed
Publish and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) using a scheduling tool
Assist the CEO with calendar management, basic operational tasks, and ad-hoc admin
Use ChatGPT and internal templates to draft high-quality outreach and social content
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (daily operational use)
Proven experience with Instantly (or equivalent cold/email automation platform) managing inbound and outbound campaigns
Excellent written and verbal English for US-focused sales outreach
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound responses and ensure no leads are missed
Availability to work full-time 40 hrs/week M–F 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time (US)
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Preferred
Deep practical knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, tags, and conversation workflows
Strong email automation skills with Instantly (campaign setup, sequencing, follow-up rules, deliverability awareness)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Outlook and calendar booking systems
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Comfortable using ChatGPT for copy-drafting, SOP creation, and workflow automation
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; strong task ownership
Clear, persuasive communicator with a US-sales tone
Proactive problem-solver who escalates quickly and documents solutions
Able to work independently while collaborating via Microsoft Teams
Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to create repeatable processes
