The MBA Intern in Investor Relations will support investor relations activities through data-driven analysis and strategic targeting, working closely with senior leadership to enhance shareholder engagement and contribute to executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Analyze Oshkosh’s current shareholder base to identify ownership trends, investor concentrations and engagement opportunities

Evaluate historical shareholder movements and turnover patterns to provide context for targeting strategies

Benchmark peer company shareholder profiles to assess gaps and new investor opportunities

Develop a structured investor targeting database with segmentation by investor type, size, style and activity

Identify and prioritize traditional institutional investors and ETFs with strategies aligned to Oshkosh’s end markets and long-term growth outlook

Prepare summary reports, dashboards and visuals highlighting shareholder dynamics and potential investor targets

Support the development of investor targeting lists and outreach strategies for upcoming roadshows and conferences

Participate in IR team activities such as earnings preparation, investor outreach and post-call analytics as needed

Contribute research and insights to improve the quality of Oshkosh’s shareholder base
