Team Leadership
Lead automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence
Proactively manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to report progress and resolve project challenges
Work closely with engineers, developers, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency
Optimize project processes and identify areas for continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

3-7 years of project management experience, preferably in automation, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Experience managing budgets, project timelines, and quality expectations
Proficiency in project management tools
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Possess a general understanding in the areas of mechanical engineering (tooling design, machining processes); electrical engineering (controls & automation) & machine building practices

Preferred

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
