They are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator Intern to support the L&D team in training governance, evaluation, and development of training materials while gaining hands-on experience in the training lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Training Governance Support – Assist in maintaining training records, tracking compliance, and ensuring alignment with internal standards and audit requirements
Training Evaluation & Analysis – Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
L&D Metrics and Reporting – Help define, track, and visualize key learning metrics using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Instructional Design Support – Assist in the development or revision of training materials (Computer Based Training/Instructor Led Training), including storyboarding, editing, and formatting
Project Coordination – Support L&D initiatives by scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Eligible candidates are enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate program (where they are at least a rising junior) or in a graduate/Ph.D. program and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
MUST NOT be a graduating senior in the summer 2026
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and product knowledge is required
Proficiency using MS office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & MS Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and in a group environment with excellent interpersonal and team working skills
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights, particularly in evaluating training effectiveness and performance metrics
Ability to prioritize and maximize efficiency
Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
Must be able to work from the Seattle, WA office
Preferred
Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) is preferred but not required
Majors Preferred: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration or a related field
