Responsibilities

Complete all front-end administrative / reception responsibilities in the outpatient clinic (i.e., answering multi-line phone system, routing calls, managing practice email account, communicating with patients/families/referral sources to schedule appointments, preparation and maintenance of provider schedules and billing ledgers)

Responsible for obtaining patient insurance information, verifying benefits, and communicating with patients/families and providers about benefit verification

Submit daily reports regarding clinic appointments and outcomes to the business office for billing

Maintain overall organization of the outpatient clinics (i.e., filing, organizing medical records, responding to records requests, organizing/re-ordering supplies, facilitating payroll submission, and other duties as needed)

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person to all patients/families/guests
