Responsibilities

Serve as a key business partner, working closely with lawyers across offices to develop, execute, and enhance marketing and client development strategies

Collaborate closely with practice leadership and partners to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships

Lead the preparation of strategic pitches and RFPs

Coordinate the practice’s participation in conferences and high-impact events

Develop programs that enhance visibility, showcase thought leadership, and expand the firm’s client base

Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate new business across the Labor & Employment practice
