Required

7+ years of relevant experience in application development, or a combination of education and experience

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, IIS, Azure, XML, REST, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio

Strong understanding of the application lifecycle, full-stack development, databases, and application services

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively

Willingness to travel as needed for projects and opportunities

Preferred

Experience with Blazor, MVC, React, and Bootstrap is a plus

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools)

Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum framework (certifications is a plus)

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and ability to leverage these tools responsibly in day-to-day engineering tasks

Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification and industry certifications in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) are a plus
